Statement of Work
In this SOW, FireOwls’ CCIE and SPSX Certified Engineers will work with Client to remotely deploy the SD-WAN appliances from the following series:
SilverPeak EdgeConnect and Boost for Models EC-US, EC-XS, EC-S, EC-M, EC-V.
Integration Guidelines
Discovery of Customer's Network
- FireOwls will perform discovery for planning and preparation for up to 3 locations
- Inspect routing and switching on switches and Layer-3 devices
- Inspect firewalls and access control lists
- Inspect traffic flows
Orchestrator Configuration
- Configure single Orchestrator instance
- Upgrade firmware version as required
- Configure up to five user accounts, user management, and user roles
- Configure default overlay and policies
- Configure default Boost allocation (if applicable)
- Configure DNS, SNMP, NTP
- Configure default QOS policies
EdgeConnect Configuration
- Confirm appliance basic functionality
- Basic configuration (DNS, User management, NTP, SNMP)
- Configure one default management route
- DHCP/DHCP-Relay up to one LAN interface
- Default shaping for inbound traffic
- QoS policies: Trust LAN DSCP
- Route Policies: up to 3 routes per appliance
- Optimization Policies: Default
- NAT Policies: Basic only
- Applications and SaaS: Default only
- Threshold Crossing Alerts: Default only
- IP SLA’s: Default only
Neighboring L3 Device(s) Configuration
FireOwls will configure a neighboring Arista, AWS, Azure, Brocade, Cisco, F5, Juniper, or VMware device.
- WCCP or VRRP
- Dynamic routing, if required
- Up to 5 routes per remote location
- Redistribution of static routes into dynamic routing protocol, if required
- Mutual route redistribution: N/A
- Policy-based routing: N/A
- Creation of up to one (1) security zone, if required
- Creation/modification of up to 5 firewall rules, if required
