Do FireOwls products carry manufacturer warranties?

  • Yes, all products sold by FireOwls are direct from Manufacturer and thus carry any Manufacturer-supplied warranty.  If you'd like to know what the warranty is, please inquire before ordering and a FireOwls representative will supply the information.

What is an accurate ETA of my product when I order it?

  • Product indicating with Stock greater than 5 (>5)
    • Hardware products will be available for same day delivery, pick-up, and shipping
    • Software products will typically be available within 48 hours.
  • Products indicating with Stock = 1 
    • Although these products show an inventory of 1, it is likely that these products will need to be ordered from the Manufacturer.  Please email orders@fireowls.com to receive an accurate ETA of product.
  • Products indicating as "Out of Stock"
    • Please email orders@fireowls.com for an accurate ETA.

What happens if some of my items are out of stock and some are in stock?

We will get in touch to give you the choice of having one delivery when your order is complete or we can send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered to arrive (no additional delivery charge for this).

After placing my order, what are some reasons that my order could be rejected by Fireowls?

We strive to carry over 200,000 products and offer same-day delivery, pick-up and shipping to our customers; errors do occur, so we reserve the right to reject any order upon receiving an online order.  Typical reasons for rejection are pricing errors, inventory errors, product errors, website errors and processing and operational errors.   We will certainly refund all monies if an error occurs and you do not receive the product.  However, the Fireowls Refund/Exchange Policy shall apply once a product is received and signed for by your company.
