Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at FireOwls' Online IT Superstore.

We only sell Manufacturer-authorized products direct from factory.  We can only offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase upon approval by FireOwls and the Manufacturer. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.  All products must be unopened and sealed in the original box.  To return, please request an RMA number by emailing returns@fireowls.com for all returns/exchanges. 

We do not accept returns due to user or buyer error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Summary of Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • An email requesting for an RMA number must be sent to returns@fireowls.com within 30 days of received date of product.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging, unopened and with the original seals unbroken.  All packaging materials and inserts must be in tact.

  • To complete your return, we require an email request from you requesting an RMA approval number.  

  • Please do not ship goods back without an RMA number. Any product received without an RMA number will be accepted, but an exchange/refund will not be processed until FireOwls and the original Manufacturer approves with an RMA number.

Other Important Return Information

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@fireowls.com

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address provided on the RMA approval email from FireOwls.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Unfortuantely, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend that you add insurance and tracking to your return shipment.

  • We do not accept returns due to user or buyer error.
