Good quality product. However, FireOwls customer communications need improvement. When I placed the order, the website showed 146 of these cables currently on hand and available for shipment. Shipping was very slow with zero updates from FireOwls. Checked my order status online - no info under my order number. Then placed multiple phone calls over several days to FireOwls main line and left several voicemail messages requesting updated shipping information and status. Never was able to speak to a representative. Never received an update until I sent an online email request to customer support from the FireOwls Corporation webpage. Customer support finally replied via email with a UPS tracking number NINE days after I placed the order. Package arrived two days after that email was sent. Interesting fact is that the cables were shipped from a warehouse located in state and only about 100 miles from my residence.

Great service. I called them asking which firewall would work best for my remote site offices of 30 people and Fireowls had certified Palo Alto engineers assist with the setup of 10 locations. Our Palo Altos are all sync'd with Panorama and it is very easy to manage. Thank you Fireowls!
FireOwls has a CCIE team that will help with design and implementation of a stable, high performing network for an office building. I'll definitely call them back to set up our wireless and datacenter networks.
